📝 Return & Refund Policy

At Goat Milk Blis, we want you to love every product you order. Because our skincare is handmade in small batches with natural ingredients, there are a few important things to know about returns and refunds:

✅ Returns & Exchanges

• Due to the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

• Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

✅ Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

• Custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
