Ordering & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Every product is handmade in small batches, so orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Standard delivery within the U.S. takes another 3–7 business days after shipping — so most orders arrive within 6–14 business days total.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard US shipping on orders of $50 or more (merchandise subtotal, before tax).

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States using USPS and UPS. At this time, we don't ship internationally.

How do I use the First25 discount?

Tap the announcement bar at the top of the site and the 25%-off first-order code applies automatically. You can also enter code First25 at checkout.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your return policy?

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on opened or used products. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Products & CBD

Are your products good for sensitive skin?

Yes — our products are made for dry and sensitive skin, with gentle ingredients and no parabens, sulfates, or harsh chemicals. If you have very reactive skin, we recommend a patch test first, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

How much CBD is in the massage cream?

1,100 mg of pure CBD isolate per ounce — 2,200 mg in the 2 oz jar, 4,400 mg in the 4 oz jar. It is hemp-derived CBD isolate, and lab testing detected no THC. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Do you have lab results for the CBD products?

Yes — third-party lab results (Certificate of Analysis) are available on request. Just contact us and we'll send them.

How do I use the CBD massage cream?

Apply a small amount to clean, dry skin wherever you'd like — shoulders, lower back, knees, hands, or feet — until fully absorbed. Use up to 3–4 times a day. For external use only. Must be 18 or older to purchase.

Local Pickup & Contact

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — local pickup is available at 1027 State Route 4, Southwest Washington. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
